In The Cookie Jar - Week Five...

This week we made Peanut Butter Cookies!

These were too easy!
Very simple!

Follow the recipe exactly and you can't go wrong!

My little Cookie Monster loved his job of adding the sugared lines to the balls!

They turned out wonderfully!

Another recipe that I am happy to recommend!

Yummy!

Mmmm! I love Peanut Butter Cookies. I don't make them because there is no stopping me from eating them until they are all gone.

I add chocolate chips to my pb cookies....you can't go wrong with chocolate. I tried the snickerdoodle recipe and all my cookies were crispy...did I cook too long...or were yours crispy too...they weren't dark at all...but as they cooled, the crispier they got. Also...where did you get your cookie jar? And does it seal well?

This reminds me of the PB cookies my mom made growing up. She added a little hershey kiss on top. Thank you for bringing back that memory!

OK OK - I've gotta get me a cookie jar and try this. I hope I don't eat them all!
